Policies at HOUSE OF KIMYRAH

At HOUSE OF KIMYRAH, we want to give our customers the best shopping experience. That’s why we believe our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Read about them below, and contact us with questions.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY:

Unfortunately, due to the pandemic and to ensure hygienic standards, we regret that we do not have an exchange or return policy.


If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped. Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.
If you cancel your order before your product has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount.


If you receive any defective product, do contact us immediately by mailing us at houseofkimyrah@gmail.com with your Order ID and send us a snapshot of the defect. We will either provide you a credit note or refund the amount of that defected product.

SHIPPING POLICY:

For now we have ship only within India is INR 150 irrespective of the number of items bought.
Shipping is free on purchases above INR 5,000
Orders are delivered within 5 to 6 working days. Unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the product details.
Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail at houseofkimyrah@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing the order.
