If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped. Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched. If you cancel your order before your product has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount. If you receive any defective product, do contact us immediately by mailing us at houseofkimyrah@gmail.com with your Order ID and send us a snapshot of the defect. We will either provide you a credit note or refund the amount of that defected product.

    For now we have ship only within India. Shipping is free. Orders are delivered within 5 to 6 working days. Unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the product details. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.
