RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At House of Kimyrah, we prioritise customer satisfaction and the craftsmanship of our artisans. However, as a policy, we do not offer refunds or returns on any product once sold. Our handloom products are crafted with care, and we believe in maintaining the integrity of each piece.
Exchange Policy:
Once House of Kimyrah pieces are sold, they can be exchanged for a replacement in a different size (subject to meeting the terms and conditions mentioned below). In cases where the desired size is unavailable, customers will be issued a store credit valid for 30 days.
Eligibility for Size Exchange:
• You may request an exchange within 48 hours (2 working days) of delivery by writing to us at houseofkimyrah@gmail.com.
• We offer a pickup service, and our team will arrange a pickup of the item. The exchange process will begin upon receipt and quality check of the item.
• Please take an acknowledgement receipt from the courier for the products dispatched, including the number of items, courier personnel’s signature, and contact details. House of Kimyrah is not responsible for any lost shipments.
Terms and Conditions for Exchange:
• Exchanges can be requested within 3-5 days from the date of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all labels and tags intact in their original packaging.
• Please include your name, address, email, order ID, and the required size when returning the item.
• Exchange is allowed only once per order.
• If a size exchange is required, the customer is eligible for a bigger or smaller size equal to the amount of the exchanged product minus shipping costs (to and fro).
• If the desired size is unavailable, a store credit equaling the amount of the exchanged product, minus shipping charges, will be issued with a validity of 30 days.
• The customer will bear the shipping cost for reverse pickup and delivery of the exchanged item.
Exclusions:
• No returns, refunds, or exchanges for sarees, accessories, home decor, or jewellery are accepted.
• No returns or exchanges for sale items, discounted items, items bought with coupons, or gift vouchers.
• No returns, refunds, or exchanges for international orders.
• Purchases made from the sale section are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
• Exchange/Return not accepted if the product has been washed, worn, or altered in any way.
Order Cancellations:
• Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation.
• Cash on Delivery orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at houseofkimyrah@gmail.com or calling us at +91 99620 74497.
• The customer agrees not to dispute any decisions made by the House of Kimyrah regarding cancellations.
SHIPPING INFO
For now we have ship only within India. Shipping is free. Orders are delivered within 5 to 6 working days. Unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the product details. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail at houseofkimyrah@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing the order.Disclaimer
